Due to our hectic lives we rarely take the time to nurture ourselves or discover the depth of our unlimited potential. With self awareness and insight we can begin to lighten the load and bring ease and flow back into our life. By identifying our blind spots we can begin to remove the mental blocks that prevent us from living up to our full potential. The mind is a powerful tool yet for many of us our minds are so filled with a continuous mind stream of thoughts that we simply unaware that it is our thoughts that dictate our emotions, behaviors and actions.
- By clearing identifying and understanding our blind spots we can begin to make changes in our lives that assist us to living up to our full potential.
- Once the blind spots come forward from the unconscious, techniques will be implemented to assist the participants in shifting old behaviors and creating new ones for optimal success.
- Using a combination of experiential techniques and one-on-one participation the attendees will be directed, inspired and focused to achieve their goals.
- Learning new methods of conscious communication participants will learn how to communicate with heightened levels of congruence and effectiveness
- Meditation is introduced for stress reduction and mindful awareness
